snorkleing

Can you take a public bus from the Tamarijn, to snorkle? If you can, what are the places.
Thank you!

Re: snorkleing

Go up by high rises to Malmok/Arashi beach. Bring the free snorkel equipment from the Tamarijn with you. But you have to have it back by 5 PM or they charge your credit card for it. Only dry bathing suits on bus which would cost you $2.00 round trip per person. Under 6 yrs. old might be free.

Re: snorkleing

We have our own equipment, so that will work out well. Did not really want to pay high price for tours. Thank you!!!

Re: snorkleing

Baby beach (really is a lagoon) is definitely worth the trip with young kids. Make sure you take them out to the part where the waves enter from the ocean into the lagoon...thats where the best snorkeling is. My six year old insisted he was too scared to snorkle. Once I was able to get his snorkle and mask on and get him out to that spot.....I couldn't get him out!

The big blue parrot fish were his favorite.
