RE: sonesta suites/babysitting
SW and others who INSIST on replying rudely to an honest inquiry about bringing along the kids are not adding value to this forum. This is exactly the reason why I (and many others) requested a place where we could get informative answers and exchanges of information.
Erin, with twins, no doubt you deserve at least one dinner out alone with your partner. If you cannot get a decent answer either pro or con from this forum, then I suggest you contact the hotel prior to your departure and ask questions about the qualifications of babysitters. Are they on staff or do they use a contracted out child care service? If so, what are their qualifications, and are there references where you can check? Can you meet the sitter ahead of time? Those things matter, but let's hear from parents who have had experiences there if we can.
WE WANTED THIS FORUM BECAUSE WE DONT WANT TO LEAVE OUR KIDS HOME THIS TIME!!!! Please respect our choices.
