How's it going? This is your friend Suds here. I was wondering if I found someone to rent this place if you would be agreeable to paying me a finders fee? What do you think?

Afterall if no one rents it, it produces zero income and is simply a waste. As my grandfather used to say, "a percentage of something is better than a hundred percent of nothing". Let me know- OK?
