Thanks for the offer Hugh and compliments for your very extensive site (and really beautiful house!). If we were a group of 9 "millionaires", we could afford your house but we are just an "average" but happy couple with two kids.

By the way, you claim a private beach but as far as I know, one of the very good things of Aruba is that no one, not even the most powerful hotel-chain, can claim a private beach. Unless the law has changed or unless you mean to say that you can feel private because of the lay-out and the abundance of beaches in Aruba.

I had already seen your site Kathy, and your pricing is more in line with what we had in mind.

It also reminds us of the house we lived in for 5 years, not far from Pos Chiquito, near Palm Beach.

We left Aruba in 1983, haven't been back but now our dream seems to come true and we finally can take the kids there for the first time.

The choice is definitely more difficult now, your offer seems quite nice. We know the area, near Cas di Cultura, Oranjestad's theatre. It is a very quiet area indeed and close to just about everything.

The beach is the one near what we used to know as Talk of the Town, isn't it?

Anyway, we hope to make our choice within the next two weeks, will keep you posted.
