I am looking to sell the 2nd week that I own at the Aruba Beach Club. I own two consecutive weeks and I can't find the time to use both weeks so I am looking to sell week 42 which is usually the 3rd week in October.
The unit is on the first floor with a walk out to the pool, bar and beach. It is about 13 feet from the sand. It sleeps 4 people, has TV, full kitchen, full size fridge, microwave and access to grill on outside patio. The room was renovated this past year so eveything is brand new. The timeshare is good for life and can actually be given away in a will as well. If you were to buy it through the ABC it would cost $5300 so I would sell it for less than that.
