All Inclusive Tamarijn Aruba or Divi Aruba

Been awhile since my girlfriend and I have gone on an actual vacation. Planned to surprise her for her Birthday with a All Inclusive trip to Aruba at either the Tamarijn Aruba or Divi Aruba. We will be traveling with her cousin and her boy friend. So it will be two young couples we are all in our mid 20's and I'm the oldest in the upper 20's. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommend one over the other. Looking for hopefully a more adult orientated place with less kids would be preferred. We are thinking of going in late July early August for 4 nights. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

The divi seems to have more couples and less kids, but in July the kids r on break and divi and tam do offer the deal for families.

You will I’ll have a blAst no matter either place.

If kids are not in school, plan on tons of kids, whether booking at the Divi or Tamarijn. They run tons of specials for families.

You could also consider the Rui for all inclusive on Palm Beach...... lots of activities and great beach bars for your group. Happy to have you on the forum!

Welcome to the forum! You might want to look at Marriott Stellaris Tradewinds Club.

It has been our experience during 15+ stays at Tamarijn that, the presence of children has never been an issue. The exception might be if you’re a ‘pool person’. Family do center around the pool area during the mid day time periods. We’re more beach oriented so never been an issue. The Tamarijn resort is spread across a considerable span of beach frontage therefore the beach tends to be very sparsely populated. At times the breakfast buffet may seem to have lots of children however by wisely choosing your breakfast time, that can be easily avoided. Never had an issue with children evenings. Obviously reflected by our quantity of visits, we enjoy the Tamarijn. Considerably older now than our first visit, but still enjoy immensely.

Manchebo is wonderful and quiet, with very few children. They do have an all inclusive, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance if you decide to try some other places. Just so you know, Aruba is very safe, and has lots of fantastic restaurants. It's very easy to get around with taxi, car, or bus. Unless you really want an all inclusive, it really isn't necessary. Manchebo's all inclusive is optional. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic resort.... but limited night life compared to Palm Beach. Of course, I'm thinking a group in their 20's would want night life....!

Excellent point CP! I guess that I was thinking more romantic, and since the other resorts that they are considering are Divi and Tamajrin, they are in the same area. Of course, if they want to stay at any of these, they can be at any of the nightlife spots in 10 minutes.
