Greetings campers!
Just like to say that we had a great stay (23 Sept to 7 Oct) at the Amsterdam Manor. The staff have been very friendly and helpful showing a sense of service that makes us wonder whether we should ever stay in large hotels again.
The beach in front of the hotel was terrific. Quiet and relaxing...just the way we liked it. Aruba has been a nice surprise as one has heard some horrific stories from the West Indies when it comes to service and safety. So thumbs up Aruba and the Amsterdam Manor. We'd definitely put your hotel on our short list of hotels if we'd decide to visit the island again.

If one may put in a casual suggestion or two ... the beach can do with a raking every now and again to get rid of the cigarette ends and loose branches from the trees. A shuttle to Oranjestad would also be appreciated by those non driving guests like us.
Still, these were minor hiccups that didn't not spoil our stay in any major way.
