I have a timeshare at Occidential - do you need help with something?

I was looking for information regarding owning a time share---could NOT find a thing-
I got it anyways---LOL

Couldnt use it in 2010 as I want to go to Disney.
Couldnt figure out how to rent it--but i did rent it out for the fee PLUS my maintence fee --so I did good.

Have yet to figure out how bonus weeks are used.

Can you give me some information regarding the beach chairs?
More then likely we will use it in September each year.
Is it really true that if we dont get a chair by 6-7am we wont have a chair at the beach for the day?

Did you ever have trouble booking reservations into any restruant?
the guy that ws selling told us that vacation club owners have first choice.
Wonder how true that was?

If it is like any other resort on Palm Beach, more than likely so. Though in September, maybe it won't be quite as bad. I would read through some of the old reviews on trip advisor and see what the complaints are.

Hey Lisa---

From staying at the Radisson we never had a problem with a chair- Standing online at 4pm the day before really helped us out there.

Even when someone was in our seats at 9am-- no problem getting them removed.

Complaints are mostly about food.
