A similar priced timeshare is acceptable in an ocean front community. We are interested in a perpetual timeshare that we can pass on to our kids.

In fact, one is facing the beach with a beutiful view of the beach where you can watch the great sunsets of Aruba. We are asking $7500 per unit. each has been refurbished this year. which is efficiency, and sleeps 4. The whole complex is being re-done
currently. I am asking $700 to rent for May 21-28, 2005 (Saturday to
Saturday) or $3500 to buy. The maint fee is $350 yr.
