Aruba Beach Club want to buy timeshare

Looking to purchase timeshare weeks 6-9 all or any two together at the Aruba Beach Club.
A similar priced timeshare is acceptable in an ocean front community. We are interested in a perpetual timeshare that we can pass on to our kids.

Re: Aruba Beach Club want to buy timeshare

Bill, we own weeks 5 and 6 at the Divi Village. We have 30 years left on one week and 37 left on the other.. I t is located across the street from the beach, near two pools. In fact, one is facing the beach with a beutiful view of the beach where you can watch the great sunsets of Aruba. We are asking $7500 per unit. each has been refurbished this year. The maintainance fee is $ 455.00 per unit each year. We have bought a home in Paradera, that is the reason we are selling them. Thanks for your time. Contact us at (508) 362- 3995 or at this e-mail address. Bill D

You should check on the arubabeachclub.net web site too. You can search by the weeks you're looking to buy.

I own week 21 at the Aruba Beach Club which is a beach front complex. My

which is efficiency, and sleeps 4. The whole complex is being re-done
currently. I am asking $700 to rent for May 21-28, 2005 (Saturday to
Saturday) or $3500 to buy. The maint fee is $350 yr.
