Looking to know if renovations have been completed to the 3rd floor villas at the aruba phoenix (i.e.tile floors, painting, etc). As of last year the first floor had been completed. We have had a third level villa since the day it opened. We love the Phoenix.

What kind of changes are you referring to? We have a unit on the 3rd floor of the villa and we have new furniture, tv, floor and a new bathroom counter. We stayed there week 5 and they were in the middle of doing the furniture in the tower.
