When you already in this long you make that one last bet and hope to break evan, LOL. I held out but I paid my maintenance fee yesterday. I have to the end of November to know if its a winner. In the words of one of my favorite singers, you got to know when to hold em, know when to fold them ETC.

can somebody tell me who is John Cole? I am an owner from the resort and cannot understand who this person are able to request maintenance fees 2010 after the bankrupcy...I paid in full the extra quote (so I am loosing the purchase price plus this extra quote) and after that I read that the resort is closed...I do not agree to continue paying maintenances until the resort is re-open and all this situation cleared...I am a lawyer and know my rights

Please tell me how John Cole are able to represent the owners??? I never authorized that person to represent me---

you are right...that is a private web site asking us to pay maintenance fees!!!! I do not agree with that...I will not continue loosing money...I paid the extra quote in full and after that the resort was closed...I never received any notification about such problem

I sat next to John Cole last night. He is a one man BOD for The Aruban until they elect other people. He has been instrumental in getting the resort up and running - apparently the people (mgmt. company) that were running the company "misplaced the money" (that's my quote as I was drinking a bit of wine and can't remember his phrasing). He said the resort will reopen Friday. I asked the question thinking he might hem and haw but he said Friday
