I believe Paradise Beach Villas is right across from Eagle Beach. It is in the low rise section between La Quinta and La Cabana. The rooms are very good size and the private beach area for the resort is great.

Yes, they are correct about the location of Paradise Beach Villas, but what they didn't tell you is that its across the street from the beach.

I have a true beachfront unit available to rent.It is the 3 bedroom pentouse unit at Occidental. it is the only onelike it at the resort or on the island. It has 3 lockout areas so I can rent you all of them or one of them. If it is just the two of you and you want a true oceanfront room, I would suggest the one bedroom in the front of the building. It runs completely acoss the front of the top floor of the resort It is decorated in all Tommy Bahama style decor with daily maid service. It has a huge living room/dining area and kitchen on one side and a large master bedroom on the other side. The views start the minute you walk in the door. It is top of the line. It rents for $2000 for the week you want. I'd need to know before the end of June to be sure to get the week.

You could also rent the Jr. Suite side of the lockoff which is one very very large room with a living room on one side and a king bedroom on the other. The balcony runs the length of the unit with floor to ceiling sliders that open onto the deck. Since its the first unit on the side of the building the views are like oceanfront. it rents for $1500 for that week.

Let me know if you'd like pictures. I know its all confusing, but don't settle for less just for the price.
