Do I need to bring sweatshirts or long sleeve shirts for evening?

I have found having a light jacket or light long sleeve is usually sufficient. It is windy and does get a little cooler in the evening but a sweatshirt may be too hot.

When I was there in June, I would have never even considered putting on a shirt/blouce with sleeves! It is hot, hot, hot! Being no sweatshirts or jackets and save the room in your suitcase for souveniers!
