I just heard that the Bushiri has closed its doors. Anyone with info?? Stayed there 3 years in a row, this year we are staying at the Allegro.

Bushiri closed in May as they are having a problem with the government as to the purchase price of the hotel. There was an agreement with the old government and now the new government wants more money so the new owners had to close until things get straightened out. Recent word is that the Hilton chain may be taking over the resort but who knows. Keep checking these boards to see if anything is new.

It looks like you are going from one dump to another - Bushiri to Allegro.
