I love Aruba, I'm planning on buying a house (not a timeshare) does anyone have any idea who to talk to or has anyone from the US has bought a house in Aruba or planning on buying one. any comments will be great.

I own a home in Aruba and I find it was a great investment. I rent it when I am not on the island and that covers all the bills. The taxes are pretty cheap about 500usd a year.

We are using ReMax to sell our house there. I guess it was just a trusted name, there are a lot of real estate companies though.

All I know is that you lease the land from the Island. I would think about it before you make your final decision.
