Casa del mar

How busy is the beach in January, and how hard is it to get a seat in front of Casa del Mar? Is there a bus stop close by?

it is busy but the beach is huge and there is no problem getting a lounge/palaypa.

the bus stop is out there to the right of the alhambra
about a 4 minute walk to the bus stop from cdm.

Thank you Andrea. Do we need to bring beach towels, toiletries, paper products, etc.? Any info on this resort/rooms will be really appreciated.

No to beach towels, resort provides them.
I do not know if they provide soap and shampoo, bring your own toiletries.
Yes CDM provides toilet paper and kleenex/tissues, but you will need to get paper towels and coffee filters.

I have never stayed over at CDM, just visited folks there quite often.
Awesome beach.
Very nice laid back timeshare resort.
You will like it.
