I have an amazing situation at the new Divi Golf Villas. I was able to buy the 3 units on the top right side (as you face the building from the pool) of the new Birdie 2 building. There are 3 floors and 6 units on each floor - 3 on the right and 3 on the left. I have a 1 bdrm 2 bath 850 sq ft unit, the adjacent 750 sq ft studio and the other 1 bdrm 2 bath unit. You can rent out a studio, 1 bdrm, 2 bdrm or even the 3 bdrm 5 bath 2400 sq ft unit. As penthouse units you get use of the rooftop hot tub, bbq grill and lounge area. Each unit comes with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 42 inch plasma tv and beautiful terrace. We have great views including that of the ocean. Until my family grows into the need for the 3 units, we will use the 1 bdrm unit we had already owned, and rent out the other 3 units. The best deal would be for someone thinking about taking 2 hotel rooms, since even if you did the Holiday Inn, it would cost you over 800 per night for just 2 small hotel rooms. I am asking 5600 per week for the entire 3 bdrm 5 bath 2400 sq ft suite. I am asking 2000 per week for the studio and 2400 for the 1 bdrm. If someone wanted to combine the 2 units into a 2 bdrm 3 bath unit I would offer an attractive rate of 3500 for the week. The available dates are 12/23-12/30 and 12/30-1/06.
