Would like to find a hotel close to Playa Linda. We're going to a wedding and the couple is staying at Playa Linda so we'd like to be near them, preferably at a hotel on the beach, but will consider anything. How far is the Holiday Inn, Aruba Grand? How far is the beach from Bricknell? Thanks, Judy

Not familiar with Bricknell but if you stayed at the Holiday you'd have no trouble stumbling in after the reception at the Playa Linda as they are very close. Might even be next door. Typical Holiday but they are having a buy four get one free on rooms currently rented. See their web site. Oh yes, enjoy the wedding. I'll bet this won't be your last trip to Aruba.

Judy - We stayed at the Aruba Grand 2 weeks ago. It's about an 8-10 minute walk to the Playa Linda along the beach.

Btw, they arrange great weddings there, you'll enjoy it for sure!

Go to Playalinda.com and go to the member's area and you can rent a timeshare from an owner for as little as 500 to 1,000 for a week. We went last September and will never stay anywhere else. If you have any more questions. email me at brendas@nwofs.com
