You can get a one week supply of filters in the lobby grocery store for a dollar. That's good for the first-timers and for the veterans, bring your own filters.

We owned a lockout and had 2 kitchens...one kitchen had the basket kind and the other had the cone kind...good thing I always have both in my luggage (this was prerenovations)
