I saw the video that goes with this house, and all I have to say is, WHAT A DUMP. OVERPRICED, and so not worth it. Dont stay here. You will be disappointed for what you pay for it.

I dont remember sending a video to you, BUT if I did you are certainly entitled to your opinion. We are booked almost every week of the year and get many repeat guests and referrals by guests. I guess they have a different opinion than you, after actually having been to our house.

Every now and then somebody does a post for no other reason than to accomplish the ruffling of someone's feathers. Chris's qualifies as one of those.

Hugh - I have been on a tour of your house - it is lovely. The house, pool, location are all just fabulous! Anneke showed it to us a few years ago and although we did not stay there - too large for what we needed - it gave us the idea that we might want to own on the Island. We have since built a house and Anneke manages it for us. She is a wonderful property manager. best regards.....Cheryl

Thanks for the support. The internet is a great tool to get information to effeciently and effectively people. Unfortunately some people use it to get mis-information broadcast for some perverse purpose. Chris may be one of these or perhaps he just has a different point of view than you and I as to what is a nice place. Anyway, it is poeple like you who can correct the false impression people like him seek to convey.

Good luck with the house. You might want to contact Anneke Gorter (our caretaker). She manages a few houses and gets a lot of inquiries. I generally refer my excess leads to her and she follows up. She is very reliable.

Please let me know if you follow up with her. If not I will keep you in mind I I have inquiries for a less expensive place.
