One bedroom unit, full kitchen, sleeps 4. 13th floor. Spend New Year's week in Aruba at the Divi Phoenix.So much is going on in Aruba this week. The view from the tower is superb. The amenities offered by the staff are terrific. Great restaurant. All one could ask for. Once you stay here, you will want to come back year after year.

I'm interested in this offer. Do you have a full view of the ocean? Are there any other charges associated with this - maid service, taxes etc and if so how much would they be for a week? How is the beach there? Have stayed at Costa Linda before but never down the high rise area?

Do you have trouble getting air for that time of year?

Hi Joan, We have that week in both a studio and a one bedroom. The studio is renting for $1600, the one bedroom for $1700. The beach is wonderful there. Just the best! There are additional taxes of $9/day for the studio Nad $9.50 for the one bedroom. Feel free to contact me for further info. Linda
