I am going to Divi PHoenix wk 48. Has anyone heard anything about the recent construction?

I just spoke to them and they said that all they have left is the lobby and it should be done by the first part of July.

I am very anxious to hear if anyone has been there myself, I also called and they told me the same thing about the lobby, although one girl said should all be done by Sept, another girl said Nov, the 4th and final bldg should be done, it looks really very nice, the pool and rooms looks exceptionally nice, unsure of the beach, don't have info on that, also, no spa, no casino, not sure if that stuff is important to you

Anyone have any info on the Divi Phoenix? I will be going soon and was wondering how the construciton is going. Also I will be staying at the villas and wondering if they have done anything to redo them?
