We would like to sell our divi phoenix timeshre.
Its a 1 largebedroom, 1 and 1/2 baths, full kitchen, open living area with sofa and overstuffed chair. 2 tvs 1 vcr.
2 balconies, one off the bedroom the other off the livingroom. We are on the sunset side of the building. We own week 5, in unit 705 which is in the towers, not the villa.

Is week five the fifth week of the year? I am assuming so. Can you describe how a time share works we are new to this. We did visit Aruba on a cruise and loved and want to go back. Can you scan us a picture? Thanks. Divi Phoenix is this part of a hotel? I have heard of the Divi Divi. Sorry to sound so green. I await your reply.

Roland & Pattie, yes week five means that the fifth week of each year is ours to use, rent or trade. There are villas (low rise timeshare) and then a high rise which they callthe "towers". I don't have a scanner, but if you look under diviresorts.com and they show you pictures of the place. The divi phoenix, is one of the divi divi restorts. Your doing fine.
