Hi John,

The unit we have is studio 404 in the tower, the same unit throughout the life of the lease. Because of prior vacation commitments (honeymoon, cruise), we have not yet stayed in our actual unit. However, we have stayed in another studio in the tower.

The layout of the studios are all the same, which include a bathroom, kitchen area, bed, and living area with a pullout couch. All studios have a balcony.

I don't know if you have ever been to Aruba but it is a great vacation spot. The Divi is in walking distance (farthest hotel is 1 mile away, shortest is right next door) to all of the major hotel chains along Palm Beach (Wyndham, Aruba Grand, Radisson, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, Marriott). Great restaurants and great beach.
