Divi rooms

Can anyone offer advice as to which room(s) do request for a honeymoon at the Divi? Want something with a great view.

Re: Divi rooms

I believe it is the Beachside rooms. The are at an angle and are only 1 floor. Nobody above you or below and all are only steps away from the beach. You have a patio that has a couple chairs and table and you can go sit and watch the ocean or check out all the iquana's that are wandering around. We stayed in those on our first trip and loved it. There is also an 800 number that you can call the Divi to make sure which ones they are.
Have fun and Congrats. If it is your 1st trip to Aruba it won't be your last!!

Re: Divi rooms

Get the honeymoon package and get a Lanai OceanFRONT room. 20 rooms on 2 floors and all face the ocean. Beach is 50 feet away. Go for room #607,609,611 on 1st floor or 606,608,610 on 2nd floor. Get Christina as a maid. She will take great care of you.

Beachside casitas are next best if you can get room # 316,326,336,346,356,366, or 376 with a pix window to beach 20 feet away.

OceanVIEW room in Vista one bldg. room 121,119 or 117 on 1st floor or 221, 219, or 217 on 2nd floor. Vista 2 bldg. ask for 423,421,419 on 1st floor or 523, 521,519 on 2nd floor.

e-mail your request to reservations@megaresorts.com and copy it to resdivitam@setarnet.aw

See short movies of rooms and views at my sites www.geocities.com/dividivi12000 or 12001 or 12002 or 12003 or 12004. Make sure you RIGHT click on the films to download them.

Ocean view room!

Hi There!
Pam is correct, there are some rooms that are
directly on the beach, ie oceanside. You open the sliding glass doors to your patio area & on the other side down a few steps is the sand! I don't remember is these are only 1 story though, but I do remember they
are the closest units to the Tamjarin Hotel which is the next All-inclusive low-rise hotel down the beach, closer to town. They might be called "Lanai" rooms. You have picked a paradise for your honeymoon. We own a timeshare across the street at Divi Village & we have been there 13 years in a row, but we have spend extra early arrival days at the Divi Aruba Beach & always ask for those rooms on the beach. There were older & not deluxe, but the view made up for it & the convenience of the beach. Good luck.
& Happy Honeymoon on "ONE HAPPY ISLAND"!

Re: Divi rooms

All the rooms at the Divi are terrible. What's the difference which one you choose if one is just as bad as the other.
