We have booked into the Divi Village, February 2013, with RCI. Wondering if anyone out there knows what the current fee is for the All-Inclusive plan...??
Thanks...

We too are going to be staying at the Divi Village in 19 days!!!! Is there anyone that has any advice for us first time visitors as far as recommendations of things close by, and just general tips and info about the Divi Village?? Thanks!
welcome to the aruba.com community forum.
nearby the divi village is DRUIF BEACH (across the street)
up the road, maybe 1/8 mile away from Divi VIllage is Alhambra Casino and marketplace.
a bus stop is out in front of the Divi village and the bus leads up to the eagle beach and also on up to the palm beach/hi rise area.
Divi is a nice property. Enjoy your travels.
Thank you! Any good restaurants/bars very close by?? My husband and are celebrating our anniversary without kids for once and are just looking to have a good time togetherNeither of us have ever been to Aruba, but can't wait!!
i encourage you to visit the CULINARY section.
here are some places that are very close to the Divi Village.
Matthews @ CDM (casa del mar)
Tortuga @ ABC (aruba beach club)
Ginger @ Alhambra Marketplace
French Steakhouse @ Manchebo
Mulligans and Windows on Aruba @ Divi Links (Windows is "fine dining")

there is a nice wine/piano bar at the Alhambra Marketplace.
and across the street from Divi Village is a bar upstairs...
i do not know the name, i call it JIMMY'S BAR.

- The Oceanview Bar, open air bar overlooking the ocean with great sunset views
The Promenade is also another nearby restaurant. Mulligans and Windows on Aruba right there at the Divi Village receive great reviews.

Arubalisa forgot to mention one sort of pivotal thing, the one that kinda got the Lady and I going to the grocery store.
As much as it is indeed $125 per day, you have to purchase a minimum of three days if you choose that route.
Yeah, home on northern soil, missing Aruba already...
Didn't take long to start missing it.
