I rented this year a week at Divi Golf Resort. The studio was a big, and loved that it had a washer/dryer in the unit.

We're actually staying there right now. There is a difference between the villas at the Divi Village golf and beach resort and the original timeshare units. We are staying in the 2 bd in the original timeshare units (and I own 2 studio weeks (9 &10) in the original timeshare units). There is no washer dryer in the original studio units and the units are not as new as they once were. They are still spacious and comfortable and include a full kitchen. The newer ones are more luxurious, but you'll pay a premium for them. Personally since the older units are closer to the beach and everyone uses the same facilities I'm fine with the older units for a little less $$. Just make sure you know which one you are paying for.
Oh, and the staff are nice and friendly and they do a good job keeping the pools and grounds in great shape.

Andrea, while there in November we had no problems the internet...paid I think 40 a week..(can't remember..too much rum..)...but no problems at all.

Also we stay every year at Divi, we also own and always have a nice time. Staff is always pleasant and they try to accomodate you as best they can. I also prefer the older units...I own in the C bldg (1st phase)which is the big one in the middle as well as the Villas (2nd phase)which are behind the C bldg and have stayed in the Golf Villas (3rd phase)...all are clean and well tended to ....
went to guest relations for our yearly visit and was shown a remodeled unit. Was told they should complete the redo by the time we visit again this year...I have my doubts about that, but when they are finished they will be just as nice or nicer than the new golf villas.....

We own at the Divi Golf Villas and Love it. We are trying to sell as our family has changed quite a bit, but will miss it dearly. It truely is breath taking. The floating bar, infinity pool and awesome waterslide just adds so much, enjoy!

Just in case anyone needs this information I emailed the resort and asked what the price was for internet wifi and if it was available:

"In response to your e-mail, the wireless internet at the Divi Village is not currently working at this time. The property does not know when it will be back up and running. During your trip if you need or would like to use the internet, you are welcome to use the internet café over at the Divi Tamarijn All Inclusive Hotel. Unfortunately, I do not have the cost but if you would like to call them and find out their number is 1-800-554-2008."
