Can anyone tell me if there is a huge differebce between these two places to stay? I am trying to plan our honeymoon.

Divi's white collar
Tam is blue collar, alot more fun. Got the package that shared and spent all our time at Tam. Beaches, food, rooms, the same. Staff was way more accommodating at the Tam.

Met so many people at the Tam it was crazy......Very down to earth.

Oh yeah, prices at Divi are more. Go straight Tam. Save about $600-$800.

You hit it right on the head Stehanie! The Tam is great, with wonderful service. All the people that we met were down to earth, and it is a place where you can be yourself, and have one heck of a good time. We did the Mega, and enjoyed the Red Parrot and the late night pizzas, but our true comfort was at the Tam. The Tam is by NO WAY A DUMP, so don't pay ANY attention to some postings.

We stayed at the Divi and the first
thing you notice is that the beach area is
much better at the Divi- by that i meam that
it has a much larger sandy area for sunning.
The Tam has some beach up to the outside
bar, then disapears. large rocks line the
waters edge. Don't get me wrong based on
budget the Tam may be cheaper but it is your
honeymoon. upgrade to the Divi- I think
you will be happier. By the way if you stay
at the Divi- you get to use all the bars and
food at the Tam if you want. Also make
reservations at the RED PARROT to have
your evenong meals overlooking the ocean at
the Divi.

definately stay at the divi!!!! the tam is not as clean and the beach is not as nice. Tam didn't impress us. We stayed at the divi and loved it and we are going back!
