Try that e-mail again but notice it is spelled wyndham and not wyndum.

Hi.. actually, I emailed the wyndham from their web site... it was "info@arubawyndham.com" I never got a response, but I after reading your posting, I just forward my questions/email to cristina@arubawyndham.com.... I hope it works... You may want to try it... If it doesn't work, i was going to try and get through an 800 corporate number or something... good luck
