We stayed at the Occidental from Sept 22-29. I was wondering if anyone knows the outcome of the man who fell from the balcony. We heard several versions of the story. Didn't know if it was in the paper.

we were in the lobby when he was there stagering around(still in his swim trunks and no shirt). Security asked him to leave. About five minutes latter everyone was running towards tower#2. The man fell from the third floor balacony to the shed roof on the first floor,breaking several roof tiles then landing on the ground. He was talking to the EMT's . what happenred after that ?

My husband and I were on the first floor, and my parents were on the fifth floor and you could see from their balcony where he fell. There was a security guard and a member of management walking around the next morning with a women(don't know if she was with the man or not) but they did not let her go anywhere without being escorted. sitting in the lobby waiting to go to the airport, we eard several versions- the man was in the hospital and was going to be okay and we also heard he might not make it. A terrible situation when one has too much to drink.

heard through the grape vine ,get injured and you leave the island? ( to what truth there is to that) I just know reading a post not long ago some one went home early with a broken arm?
