Family of 3 Traveling to Aruba in October looking for a good hotel

Hi,
I will be traveling to Aruba in October (13 - 16) with my husband and 10 year old son. I am looking for a good family friendly hotel in which to stay. Something close to the beach, within walking distance would be great.

Our daughter has been traveling to Aruba since the age of 10.

For non all inclusive we like the Radisson.

For all inclusive we like the Tamarijn.

If you have kids, be sure to stay away from Manchebo. That's our favorite beach, but they always have some topless sunbathers there. Definitely not a family beach, although I have seen families staying there. If your kids like to spend most of their time at the pool, Divi Golf Villas at Divi Village has an awesome pool for both kids and adults. It is a hike to the beach from there. My husband and I enjoy the walk but most families take the shuttle that runs back and forth all day.

dear son and his friend ben (when they were young teens) would spend much time at manchebo and bucuti seeing the "sites."

of course dear son never admitted to his lecherous adventures until years later.........when he let paul and i know just how stupid we were

I think a lot of guys visit that area for the "show." The chair guy there probably has the best gig on the island.
