We're staying in a 2 bedroom at the Playa Linda at the end of January - we've been to Aruba several times, but this is our first time to stay at the Playa Linda. Any advice, suggestions, tips, anything at all would be most appreciated!

You're going to love it! We stayed there for the first time in July (after staying the two previous years at the Radisson). We're going back this summer again to the PL. The rooms are older but extremely well kept and maintained. Having a kitchen with an 8-year-old is a luxury! The pool area is beautiful and sound of the waterfall combined with the wind is hypnotic. I'm daydreaming just writing this!

There is a convenience store in the main lobby. The prices are resonable compared to the prices at other resorts. Still best to head into town to the grocery if you are there for more than just a few days.

The only advice I can give you is "hang onto the towels you check out everyday." One of ours grew legs and walked off. Possibly a child picked it up but it was a small price to pay for the wonderful time we had while we were there.
