Has anyone heard of these townhouses being built accross the street from the entrance to tiera Del sol golf course? (golf course view) We are thinking of buying one. Its not timeshare you are buying right out like its a home you get the deed to the property and land. Great prices not on the beach but a short distance. It is going to be a gated community with a 24hr security & property management they will also have a few pools and restaurants, a bar, gift shop/store. It seems to good to be true.
