Re: grand aruba

we stayed at the grand last year at this time. We did not have an all inclusive but we did eat breatfast in the out door restaurant every morning. Breakfast is breakfast the usually it was good, we did have lunch poolside one afternoon, burgers typical lunch fare. They have 2 restaurants and of course the one poolside. The Grand is the oldest hotel on Palm Beach but it has been renovated. I was disappointed with the balcony (we had a pool/ocean view) they are SMALL no room to sit and only two people can stand out at a time. The hotel was nice, clean, but it is a small hotel compared to others in the area. The employees were very nice and helpful, and friendly. We are going back in a month but have chosen the Radisson this time. Just remember you are in Aruba no one is in a hurry to do anything but you'll have a great time. Enjoy!

Re: grand aruba

We did the all inclusive in March and really liked it. You get three meals a day plus beverages. There are two restuarants plus the pool side bar which serves hamburgers, hot dogs etc. We found the food at the outdoor restaurant, which is the main restaurant,to be very good and the service friendly. The Aruba Grand has one of the larger beaches on Palm Beach and since it is one of the smaller hotels, the beach is not as crowded as most of the others. It is quiet but if you want more activity, the other hotels are within walking distance.
