You are right.
Please Understand , not all what you reed about the guest are true. On internet evry guest can write what he or she wants! Not all guests behave as "guests".
Some things are misunderstood some are just lies. Just judge for your self. We as, managers and owners, know what we are doing. We are very happy with our resort; we love our jobs and have a lot of fun & pleasure with our guests. Beside that Harmony has 95 % reipided guests, NOW 2 YEARS LATER!!That means something for us! They come as guests an leave like friends!!
Most of them are very nice and polite. Only sometime we have a challenge. We are proud that we have the power to put whatever comes on our path in the positive way.
