Hi! My friends and I are staying in this villa managed by the malmok management company and I was just wondering if anyone has stayed here before. I should've done more research, I know, but I found a website stating that rental properties are targets for burglaries and such. Could anyone give me more info? Thanks!

i have never heard of the place.

you need to ask management if there is/are:
safes that will hold your belongings and how large the safes are.
locks that are rekeyed between renters.
security patrol.
windows locked.

if management cannot or will not give the affirmative, then you may be best to look elsewhere for accommodations.

what is the website that you are referring to?
