We are planning a "lower cost" vacation for next winter. Trying to decide between Sunflower villa studio, or Buffam's Tropical.

Can anyone help us out with location - one versus the other? We will have a car, so though it would be nice to walk to beaches, restaurants, casinos, it is not a priority. Any recommendations appreciated.

...but have you booked one or the other? We just booked Buffam's for mid-June for 7 nights. The reviews were pretty awesome. Our thoughts also were to try to do Aruba on a budget. With air, and a car rental but staying at a B&B, we'll spend almost $1000.00 less than the lowest resort. We've had great success on other vacations this way...info from local residents is great...they know the best places to do everything!

Actually we ended up booking the new Del Rey Apartments. The rates were awesome, and it looks really nice. I don't want to wish our summer away, but we are excited for our first trip to Aruba (and for two weeks of vacation!).

Until I found Del Rey, Buffam's was going to be our choice. I can see us trying them in the future!
