Arriving on 7/5/2003. Wondering what tower is the best @ the Holiday Inn Sun Spree.

Also, what is considered the best vendor to rent a car from that can be picked up at the airport upon arrival.

Try not to stay in the tower directly next to the Marriott's property. Marriott is building a new high rise and you will have to look out your window at a large construction site (not a pretty site). I wish I could give you the name of the tower, but I have erased it from my brain.

Aruba tower is the best, next to Playa Linda.

the aruba tower is the best. if you are facing the playa linda side you can see the ocean and downtown where the cruise ships are. it is a beautiful view at night. in order to see this you have to be on the 5th floor on up and around the middle of the building.if you are too far foreward(towards the ocean) the playa linda will block your view. the bonaire tower is near the pool and the lobby bar. both sides will be too noisey at night. the curacao tower is too far away from everything and the construction on the marriot side would not be a pretty site. hope this was helpful. the lower floors are blocked by palm trees.

Speaking of Holiday Inn- I am contemplating booking this Sun Spree resort for this September. Can anyone give me feedback on service? friendliness of staff? food? decor of rooms and the BEACH?
