made a reservation at aruba harmony for two days prior to our timeshare on saturday. arrived to find out they had nothing for us . we had a confirmed reservation and they played games with us. had to scramble to get a room. they would not help with accomodations. These people should not be in business. I would not recommend staying here if at all possible. Extremely rude and would not try to accomodate us in any way.

SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM AT ARUBA HARMONY. WE HAVE STAYED AT QUALITY APARTMENTS THE LAST 2 YEARS, BOTH BEFORE OUR TIMESHARE AND AFTER. CLEAN, REASONABLE AND VERY NICE PEOPLE. MAYBE THAT WOULD WORK NEST TIME.
