Sunset Grille great ambience, food was ok, not great. Steaks are their best....service spectacular.

We stayed at the Hyatt for a week and had outstanding service. There were a couple of snags that got addressed very quickly ( room not available at checkin and the room safe broke) The staff were courteous and went out of their way to assist in a friendly manner. Food is OK but a little expensive. Would stay there again.

I like the waterslide there... I have tested it out purely for research!

Advice is worry about nothing... this is a first rate property with outstanding customer serivce and friendly staff. We stayed at the Hyatt 3 times and thoroughly enjoyed it. The lobby is huge and great for people watching. The casino is upbeat and bright. Watch for the band on the stage over the bar....great entertainment. There is usually live music at the lobby bar in the evening. Ruinas del Mar is their signature restaurant with impeccable service. The Hyatt is centrally located on Palm Beach and is an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the stay!
