Hyatt is not a timeshare. However, the Marriott Vacation Club is just a short walk away. I have a two bedroom oceanfront unit for sale at the sold out Marriottt Ocean Club. I will consider all offers above $15,000 US. It is a great property adjacent to the Marriott Resort Hotel and Casino. Check out the Vacation Club web site at www.marriottvacationclub.com and take a virtual tour of the Ocean Club.
Please e mail any interst in purchasing my unit at the Ocean Club during the gold season (May thru mid-Dec).
