Does anyone know why Interval has the codes LCB and LCX for La Cabana. Normally there is just one code. I just want to make sure I am requesting the La Cabana Beach resort. Thanks!

At one time the resort behind Lacabana was managed by the same company. Lacabana Beach & racquet Club is coded as LCB. The former Lacabana Villas is now the Tropicana Resort. Interval International kept the same codes as before even though they've had different owners and different management companies since separating from Lacabana. The Tropicana is not beach front.

Interval told me that they use the old Aruban (former name) for the Tropicana now and that the LCB and LCX were both La Cabana Beach and Raquet....do you think I was misinformed? Now I am worried!

i just on friday deposited units wkk 33 326 ABC and it is LCX
++++ disclosure that is what my interval deposit page says LCX
i looked further back to other deposited weeks and the ones 2008 and prior were LCB.

Yes, I talked to them again and they PROMISED me that LCB and LCX are both on the La Cabana BRC property. (Wanted to know if it was referring to the Aruban or Tropicana instead)

They told me that they have seperated the complex into 2 'buildings' because of "age or renovation". Have no idea

I stayed in 106 last year and it was renovated .... beautiul IMO.
Anyhoo..it looks like LCB and LCX are on the laCabana BRC property.
