I got a really good price on the Wyndham resort from Liberty Travel and was wondering if anyone has booked a vacation through them before. I am a little nervous booking my honeymoon through the internet. Any feedback will be helpful. Thanks.

I have booked trips through Liberty Travel for years and have never had a bad experience. I do not, however, book my trips through the internet. I actually go into one of their agencies and have one of their agents book my trips for me. Liberty Travel is great! Also, another tip....I pulled up the exact trip (same flights, same hotel accomodations, same dates) on Expedia and it was cheaper than the quote I had gotten from the Liberty Travel agent. I printed off the quote from the Expedia site and faxed it to the Liberty Travel...she matched the price to get my business!

Always booked through Liberty travel, always got best rates and reliable service. I always went to their offices not on the internet.

I use Liberty all the time. Never a problem.
But I use a real agent. You'll love Aruba, the beach your on is perfect.

Barbara, next time have Liberty BEAT Expedia's price if they want your business, otherwise call Expedia and have a live person book your trip!!

I got a much better deal through MCM Tours in Parsippany, NJ. A lot of people on this BB have used them and have also raved about their service and prices. 1-800-65-ARUBA.

Thanks. I found them on the internet, but have spoken to an actual agent. Liberty doesn't have a travel agency in my state.

I had the same experience with Liberty. When I booked the trip it was $1800 a person. 2 days later, it was on expedia for $1570 a person. I called up the travel agent, and she matched. The credit is still waiting to go through, but it shouldnt be a big deal.

Its great to have a live travel agent that you can talk to, but if they weren't going to match the price, I was going to cancel (within my 3 day recission right), and book online through expedia.

i used liberty travel in DC. i got great service, great price. i'm sure they can book your trip even if you are in a different state. if you call the DC office, ask for Mark. he was great. tell him Darcy sent you.

I agree with Susan. MCM Tours beat Liberty's prices by a few hundred dollars per person.
