Check out various timeshare websites and see who is renting their one or two bedroom units for week 11. We have been very successful using this method.

We own at Marriott's Surf Club and have reserved week 11 to rent out in 2005. Check in Sunday 3/13 and depart 3/20. Two bedrooom, 2 bath with full kitchen, etc. Marriott gets $775.00/night. We are asking $4500.00 for the week. If you are interested, please email me at your convenience.
