Looking for week 45, 2 bedroom.. any available out there?

I have wk 45 available at the Renaissance Beach Resort. It is a 1 bedroom suite, and it sleeps 4. Our room is a pool/ocean view. This resort is newly renovated and owned by Marriott. It is beautiful. It is located in the downtown area. You can walk to the most popular restaurants, casinos and shopping. No need to pay taxis. It is the only resort on the island that has its own private island which is very nice and quiet. You won't be interrupted by people walking along trying to sell you their goods. It is a small rise building, 5 floors. The owners there are EXTREMELY nice as well as the staff. This resort is far more personal than the high rise resorts. We have been going there for years. It is listed in Interval International Directory. If you go on line with Marriott, make sure it is the 'beach resort that are the suites and not the single hotel rooms. Thanks for your response. We have stayed at the old Sonesta a few years ago and enjoyed the location then.
Unfortunately, we do need a 2 bed room. We will be 2 couples who each have one late sleeper!!
