I currently have a studio for rent at the brand new MArriott Surf Club. I have October 15-22 reserved but that can be changed to any other date in 2004 depending on availability. THe unit will either be ocean front or oceanview (confirmed upon check in. It sleeps 4. There is a queen bed and a queen pull out sofa, a full bath, a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster oven. There is also a balcony. There is maid service everyday, room service available. Check out the MArriott website for more info on the property.

Is this a lock off unit? As I understand it, Marriott does not build studios..It's either 2 or 3 bedroom units which 1 can be a lock off room. We did not see any studio units when we were there and it was never mentioned to us during their sales presentation..Are they building studios now?
