My husband and I are trying to plan a trip for then...We have found a few places to stay at but most are two bedroom places and can't seem to get any of our friends to go (since its sort of last minute). We are 34 & 39 in age..normal avg. incomed married couple but have six kids at home so need to get away. lol

We found two places as an option to stay at. Carribean Palm Village & Dutch Village Let me know if you have been there or have any suggestions for us where we can stay during that week at a reasonable price. This would be our first time going. Thanks!

LaQuinta is ok..located in the low rises..Try the Divi or the Bucuti..Much better choices than CPV or LaQuinta..Also look into Amsterdam Manor..Small but has kitchens etc..located across from the beach..clean and Also has a pool.

Also look into the Brickell Bay Club..basic hotel in the high rise section..has beach access across the street..a nice pool area and is in the hub of a lot of activities and great dining establishments.

Also try LaCabana. Bur Rachel some people like CPV and if that s the only place you can get, take it and enjoy your time in aruba. Rent a car and go to the beach or use the pool at CPV. Every one has a different opinion but I am sure CPV is an ok place.

Caribbean Palm Village is a great place. The only drawback people have is that it is not near the beach. Rent a car and go to the beach as often as you want to or stay at the resort and enjoy the peace and quiet you won't have if you stay on a crowded beach.
