It has been started for a couple of years now..they are in phase two already, they are starting to fix more rooms and were selling these at pre construction prices back in Feb and April when I was there.
I got the feeling they are selling too many and dont have enough rooms to cover themselves. You arent buying a specific week, but instead a group of weeks. It could make it difficult during the winter months to get one of those rooms.
I am sure if you call the 800 number for the hotel someone will redirect you to the vacation club.

Raffy, The timesahre program began in 2000. we were one of the first to buy. the one we bought is beautiful. They have gotten a little ahead of selling before others are built and there has been overbooking, but they will get their act in place. We love it. Linda
