property. The property includes an oceanview two bedroom-two bath villa with over 1200 sq. feet. It has two balconies, master suite with stretch and soak tub, fully equipped kitchen, three color TV's, washer /dryer, and much more.

Lock-off option is also available to split villa into two apartments.

I have a confirmed reservation for the week of 1/28/05-2/4/05. But if you need a different week, just let me know, so I can change the reservation.

Rate for week is US$3299, which is 1/2
the listed rate by Marriott. You also save
