Unfortunately, I need week #14, but I was hoping you could answer a question for me. I am considering purchasing a timeshare from someone at the Occidental. However, this is for one week between January and April. I always thought timeshares were a 2 week thing. Anyway, I am just curious what you would consider a decent selling price for a timeshare at this hotel. Also, I am assuming the all-inclusive would have to be paid for as a separate price?
